 1. What types of flowers do you offer?

   We offer a wide variety of fresh seasonal flowers. Our selection changes based on availability and the season.

2. Can I customize my floral arrangement?

Unfortunately, customization of floral arrangements is not available, with the exception of bridal arrangements.

3. Do you offer same-day delivery?

   Yes, we offer same-day delivery on orders placed before a 3:00PM SGT. Please contact us for specific details on delivery times and availability.

4. What areas do you deliver to?

We offer free local delivery within our standard service area. A small additional fee of $6 applies for deliveries to the following locations: TOWN, ORCHARD, RAFFLES, CQ, CBD, MBS, JURONG ISLAND, and TUAS. For deliveries to Sentosa, a fee of $10 will apply.

5. How long will my flowers last?

   The lifespan of your flowers depends on the type of blooms and how well they’re cared for. With proper care, most arrangements can last anywhere from 5 to 7 days.

6. Can I order flowers for a special event (wedding, party, etc.)?

   Absolutely! We specialize in creating floral arrangements for weddings, parties, corporate events, and more. Reach out to discuss your event and let us help bring your vision to life.

8. Are your flowers sustainably sourced?

   We strive to source our flowers from sustainable and eco-friendly growers whenever possible. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact.

9. What should I do if my flowers arrive damaged?

If your flowers arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. As flowers are delicate and can be affected by the humid weather conditions in Singapore, proper care is essential for their longevity. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

11. How can I care for my flowers to make them last longer?

    Keep your flowers in a cool location, away from direct sunlight and drafts. Trim the stems at an angle and change the water daily to help them last longer.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, PayNow.
